Flotech Compression Limited is an engineered solutions provider, offering an extensive range of reciprocating and rotary compression packages. Our goal is to listen to your exact requirements, developing a tailored engineered solution to meet your needs. We strive to work closely with our customers to provide them the ultimate in ‘plug and play’ packaged compressor technology. Flotech’s aim is to provide streamlined, cost effective solutions - thereby minimising the client's effort required to obtain a first class compression project that exceeds expectations.

In working with you, Flotech undertakes complete packaging responsibility for detailed design including pulsation studies, fabrication and equipment supply, certification, documentation and (optional) factory testing. Installation assistance and commissioning engineers are provided by our AfterCare Team, who also offer remote monitoring and diagnostic services right through to complete plant life-cycle maintenance programs.

Flotech is a vertically integrated compressor packager. We take responsibility for process modeling, mechanical and electrical design, certification (including CE marking), pulsation and vibration analysis, equipment procurement, fabrication of pressure vessels, cooling systems, pipework, electrical panels and PLC control systems, assembly, factory testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance services.

All required engineering disciplines are maintained in-house. Having control of all disciplines from design through build to commissioning means our packages are thoroughly engineered with full traceability, and the highest levels of quality control.

Flotech are one of the few packagers in the world that can provide full load testing on natural gas (up to 1500kW electrical load at our Auckland facility). Hence equipment can be pre-commissioned at our works, meaning site time and commissioning costs are greatly reduced. We encourage operators to visit during this test period for hands on training and product familiarisation.
