Greenlane biogas upgrading systems are proprietary-designed solutions that deliver 97+% pure methane for use as vehicle fuel, or for supplementing pipeline gas. The Greenlane system uses a Ro-Flo vane type compressor to supply a packed column scrubber with raw gas, which removes unwanted components. This is followed by a (patented) adsorber process, providing pure and bone dry gas as end product.

Flotech offers reciprocating piston, oil or water flooded screw and rotary sliding vane type gas compression packages. Popular applications include gas lift/re-injection for FPSO or land-based oil & gas production, fuel gas supply for engines and gas turbines, and biogas processing. Custom-engineered solutions are offered for hydrocarbon gases, high-pressure air, carbon dioxide and technical gases for the chemical and process industries.
